The University Of Central Lancashire School for Social Work Care and Community is seeking to appoint two lecturers in Social Work to contribute to our outstanding range of professional and non-vocational programmes. This is an exciting time to join our excellent team, as we are moving into new areas of social work education. If you feel you have the skills and experience in adult or children’s services, we look forward to receiving your application. The successful applicants will have extensive experience of working as a Social Worker in either Learning Disabilities or in children’s services. Educated to higher degree level, the successful applicant will be a registered Social Worker and hold a PhD or substantial professional experience. With a flexible and innovative approach to learning and teaching, the successful applicant will have the ability to teach and supervise dissertations up to Masters Level.
DBS clearance is required and must be in place prior to starting.
