Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.: 499093), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Biological or Chemical Science.  They should have with good research experience and publications in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemical analysis and/or animal studies.  Those with research experience in cancer research, drug discovery and proteomics would have an advantage.  They should be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.  The appointee will participate in a multidisciplinary research program on synthetic chemistry and chemical biology.  Enquiries about the post should be sent to Dr. C.N. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
