About the Job
In this dynamic role, you will be required to manage the delivery of high-level customer service, by ensuring applicants transition from offer to enrolment without delay, and that their experience is a seamless one. You would be responsible for putting in place support services as required to assist students to complete their enrolment, that are regularly reviewed to ensure they are relevant to the ever-changing needs of the student population. 

This role ensures efficient enrolment planning and management, data quality, processing, communication, compliance, process improvements and policy development is undertaken in a collaborative manner, by working closely with stakeholders. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the planning and coordination of staff, as well as ensuring ongoing monitoring of the teams’ performance and productivity.  By working closely with other senior staff within SALS and with key stakeholders across the University, you will keep up to date with developments in compliance responsibilities as they relate to student enrolments, and ensure the teams operations meet all of these requirements, quality measures and government reporting requirements.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience, or extensive experience and management expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education/ training
• Demonstrated experience in planning and management of higher education/ VE/ Foundation and Pathways administration management, especially in relation to enrolments, and enquiry management
• Knowledge of the Higher Education, VE, Foundation and Pathways legislative environment
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of information technology tools as part of the communication process
