Information Management & Technology Services (IMTS) is the University of Wollongong's (UOW) central IT provider for core infrastructure, information management, and technology services (including project management).

The position of Enterprise Architect is responsible for the overall technology architecture for the UOW enterprise. This is an expert/ technical role, which will lead the technical aspects of strategic decisions regarding IT for the UOW enterprise. The Enterprise Architect will implement and manage architectural initiatives with autonomy, and make decisions for the organisation based on the highest degree of technical complexity and through understanding of the far-reaching implications across the IT organisation.

The role will be required to document UOW's current-state architecture. In alignment with the UOW's strategy and operational drivers, the role will develop the target-state enterprise architecture and associated transition plans that will define and influence the information management & technology program of work and guide technology related investment decisions.
