About the role
The Consultant, Planning & Performance works with key stakeholders across La Trobe to support the implementation and administration of the University’s Academic Workload Planning (AWP) and allocation model & system. Reporting to Planning and Performance Manager, this position acts as a critical link between the Academic cohort and HR in ensuring compliance to the Collective Agreement, ensuring effective and smooth communications.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in workforce and resource planning/ and allocation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
- Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to high quality client service and continuous improvement;
- Demonstrated skills in research, evaluation or interpretation of data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes.
