We are looking for a technically minded individual to join our dynamic and growing Estates department. You will provide comprehensive CAD support to the wider Estates team. You will play a key role in space planning for capital furniture procurement and delivering projects, developing space standards and will assist with producing plans for planning applications. In addition you will build good working relationships with internal stakeholders and actively engage with third parties such as furniture suppliers and local authorities.

You will have an eye for detail and the ability to produce, alter and maintain consistent and accurate drawings on AutoCAD software through the use of measured surveys and sense checks and feasibility studies. You will have an ability to interpret technical drawings and provide feedback on issues and/or potential space improvements.

An awareness of statutory issues when undertaking surveys i.e. asbestos, confined spaces, and building regulations, is an advantage however support and guidance will be offered for the right individual.
