We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-focused, experienced individual to join our Library Business Services team. This position requires highly developed spacial and environmental skills to add value to our users experience when engaging our physical Library environments and a strong commitment to the provision of high-quality customer services to the La Trobe University community.

Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be detailed driven in a digital, high demand and complex environment. Demonstrated experience in working and collaborating in a high performing, customer-focused team is essential, as well as high-level communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
Whilst this position is based at our new Bendigo Library, you may be required to support our regional Libraries across Victoria
