This is a unique opportunity to join a University ranked in the world’s top 50 and one of the UK’s leading research and teaching institutions. As the Executive Officer, Communications you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the communication to a range of internal and external stakeholders, working closely with members of University’s senior executive team and the External Relations team.
We are seeking applications from communication professionals with proven results in delivering high impact communications. Equally adept at external and internal comms, you’ll have excellent writing skills, be able to produce engaging content for a range of audiences, be full of bright ideas, a great team player, hard-working and happy juggling multiple deadlines.
You will be responsible for developing content including speeches, briefing and background papers, forewords and messages, correspondence, and thought leadership and opinion articles for members of the executive team. You will cultivate productive and influential working relationships across the University and utilise your influencing and advisory skills to engage a range of stakeholders, deliver communication programs that align to the University’s strategic priorities. Our University has ambitious plans and we want to connect and involve our audiences in new and different ways.
