The post holder will provide a key service in the day-to-day operation of the Residential properties by undertaking general and minor repairs and decorations, maintaining security and supporting good relations with students, residents and guests.

The post holder will be required to carry out tasks independently, and when necessary will assist other qualified trades personnel on a range of duties, such as basic maintenance and repairs associated with buildings.
