The University is seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Head of Student Accommodation Services, who will report directly to the University Registrar, with regular interaction with the Vice-Chancellor and Senior Leadership Team. The post holder will take forward the compelling vision for student accommodation at Lincoln (4400+ fully-managed bedrooms by September 2021) and for delivering the Student Accommodation Strategy. 

This is an extremely demanding role, requiring an outstanding leader, with excellent communication and influencing skills, who is able to balance the absolute requirement to deliver value for money and an excellent student lived experience, with the need to ensure that the University generates a good commercial return from its investment in student accommodation. An entrepreneurial, innovative and “can do” approach will be a key part of your toolkit.

Candidates will bring a track record of leading change management, either in student accommodation or a comparable field, together with an ambition to deliver the best university student accommodation experience in the UK.
