The QM Academy will offer skills training and development opportunities to academic staff at all stages of their career, from teaching assistants through to the professoriate.

About the Role

The Administrative Officer co-ordinates and delivers the administration of the QM Academy. They will have a varied workload, ensuring efficiency and high levels of customer services across a broad range of activities. As the QM Academy is a new team within the university there will be a wide range of processes that need to be created and implemented. Experience of direct interaction with clients and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders is essential to the role.

In return, we offer 30 days’ leave per annum, access to a pension scheme, a season ticket loan scheme and competitive salaries.  We also offer enhanced family friendly leave, and an on-site nursery at the Mile End campus. You will also work within a dynamic and friendly environment, with personal development opportunities.
