The Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Post-doctoral Research Fellow/Programme Manager. The postholder will manage all aspects of an innovative NIHR PGfAR-funded programme: On-Line Parent Training for the Initial Management of ADHD referral (OPTIMA).  This is a full-time post. 

The post-holder will provide day-to-day management of the OPTIMA programme from development, through trial management, to dissemination. They will be responsible to the Principal Investigators and will line-manage a team of postdoctoral researchers, research assistants and administrators. OPTIMA will be delivered across a number of NHS trial sites in London, Hampshire and Nottinghamshire; as such, a willingness to travel regularly is essential.

Successful candidates will have excellent project management and communication skills, enjoy managing a team and be committed to managing the delivery of programme and project activities. More detailed information on the role and person specification is in the attached documents.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract until 28 February 2022.

The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.
