The Lecturer in Cybersecurity position is located in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology in the School of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. The Department undertakes a wide range of teaching and research programs in the area of data sciences, computational intelligence, software engineering, cybersecurity and mobile and wireless computing.

About the positions

The position will develop, coordinate and deliver a high-quality cybersecurity learning experience that engages students using a blended approach.  Conduct and publish high quality and/or high impact research publications and contribute to writing up research findings.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for the position you will have completed a PhD in a topic relevant to Cybersecurity and possess an Industry or Professional Certification. You will have a demonstrated capacity to independently and effectively conduct lectures, tutorials, assessments and examination marking in both face-to-face and online mode. You will also have evidence of high quality and/or high impact research conducted and published, and a growing record of scholarly publications in refereed journals and conferences.
