The Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing has a vacancy fora Registry Course Administrator based in Faculty Registry.

You will be working as part of a team responsible for a designated number of courses and associated students. You will work closely with students and academic staff advising them on module, course and regulatory matters. In addition you will respond to queries from external organisations and liaise with a variety of staff both within the Faculty and across the University.

You will be organised, have good attention to detail, be able to manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and use your initiative in a busy customer focused environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You should have significant experience of using Microsoft Office, a variety of software packages and computerised management information systems.  Good communication skills are essential.
