We are looking for an experienced Marketing Administration Coordinator to join the Marketing team. You will be responsible in providing high level administrative support for the Marketing team, budget tracking and timely processing of payments to suppliers and contractors.  You will be answering inquiries from prospective students, alumni and other stakeholders and providing polite, timely and effective customer service. You will assist with Marketing campaigns, coordinate and assist events, provide input and coordinate specific projects as directed by the Director of Marketing.

You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing. You will play an important role in AFTRS Marketing team, as well as helping support the achievement of the AFTRS Corporate Plan and our 2020 Vision.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • At least 2-years administrative experience in a client service environment including: handling correspondence, setting up appointments, researching markets and programs, initiating paperwork and monitoring a budget.
  • Marketing and communications campaign support experience to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in event coordination and support especially in logistics coordination.
  • Good organisational and computer skills; attention to detail with ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication, with an ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a small team. 
  • Successful completion of a Working with Children check.

Desirable:

  • Broad overview of and experience in screen, broadcast, culture or arts industries.
  • Sales experience in an education, screen, broadcast or arts environment.

Salary: $55,381 - $63,597 (pro-rata), dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits package.
