Marketing and External Affairs are seeking a talented and driven Head of Web to join our team. The postholder will take the lead in the creation and ongoing delivery of a digital infrastructure which allows the publication of content delivery across the university's website to deliver effective engagement.

Delivered through a dedicated web team, the outcome should be focused on improving the user journey throughout the site with the ultimate aim of driving key engagement and aiding business goals.

The role requires both exceptional project management skills and technical knowledge that encompasses front end development, domain management and hosting. Fundamental, to the success of this role is an attitude and approach that inspires high performance.

You will have excellent written communication skills, and be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of previous work.  You will be customer focused and have the ability to develop effective working relationships in order to produce the content with colleagues.  You will have a thorough approach and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.

Your day-to-day activity will sometimes be hectic, but you will be surrounded by individuals who are enthusiastic and proactive.
