We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our senior leadership team in our Business Engagement function, as the Head of Careers & Employability.

Following a restructure to help us meet the new challenges of the Teaching Excellence Framework and Access & Participation Plans, this newly-created role will lead our unified teams across Careers, Student and Employer Engagement.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Engagement, the post holder will have day to day responsibility for managing these teams and developing impactful employability initiatives to support our students into Graduate-level employment.

Building on award-winning employability initiatives, this role will have the opportunity to lead and shape our University strategy for employability and industry connections.
