Salary package: $99,612 - $106,517 per annum, plus 17% superannuation

The Division of Student Administration contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student life cycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships and prizes; examinations; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
The Deputy Manager is a member of the Student Administration and Records team (STAR) within the Division of Student Administration and Academic Services and the role reports to the Manager, Student Administration and Records. This position will provide high level advice on government and university policies and procedures to current and potential students and staff relating to fees, enrolments and student records. They will oversee the administration of, and processing transactions relating to, fees, enrolments and student records. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential.
