The Faculty of Social Sciences and Law is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the busy Faculty Education Team. On behalf of the Faculty Education Manager (FEM) you will support the educational activities of the Faculty by managing the delivery of administrative support for postgraduate research programmes from application to post-graduation. The role supports staff and students across the Faculty, and assists with assessment offences, academic appeals and complaints, student casework and deputising for the FEM as required.

You will be a proactive individual, who is able to work independently to deliver improvements and contribute to an outstanding student experience. You will need to understand the student lifecycle and relevant regulatory frameworks. You will have the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload. You must enjoy working in a team, contributing to shared goals and working flexibly with a focus on customer service and delivery. Excellent organisational ability and time management skills are key, as are strong written and verbal communication skills.
