We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Facilities Assistant whose focus will be on delivering excellent customer service across the Leeds University campus. The role is campus-wide dealing with a range of customers and taking responsibility for the provision of a range of high quality services that support and enhance the use of University facilities.

Delivering on our mission of providing ‘integrated, flexible and high quality customer focussed services’ will be your main focus and can be challenging given the high expectations of our customers.  A flexible approach is important in this role and you will be required to work a 35 hour working week from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm.  Some weekend work may also be required on an optional basis. This role will be extremely varied with new challenges facing you every day.  You will be part of the large and diverse Commercial and Campus Support Services team, fully engaging with providing the best possible service.
