Working with the Estates and Facilities Directorate, The Systems Manager (CAFM) will be responsible for establishing an Asset Register and take the lead on the implementation of the new IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) and managing the delivery and roll out of the system and training, ensuring the accuracy of compliance data.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience in IWMS/CAFM/CMMS and have thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite of packages (most importantly, Excel).  

Applicants will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative communication style as well as having had experience of working across a complex and mixed-use property portfolio.

The post is full time and permanent, starting salary will be within £38,084 - £44,807 and an attractive benefits package which includes 42days leave (inclusive), and pension scheme
