Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator Higher Education and Further Education

As an important part of Chickenshed Education's quality assurance practice and responsibilities the organisation is looking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation coordinator for its Foundation Degree and BA Top Up Year Higher Education Performing Arts courses and its BTEC Level 3 FE Performing Arts course. Each HE course has approximately 30 students in each of its 3 year groups whilst the FE course has 35 students in its two year groups. This makes a student body of 160 students. Chickenshed is extremely proud of its inclusive commitment to underrepresented groups in Further and Higher Education and this permeates the work of the Company. This new role in Monitoring and Evaluation will provide the essential information and reporting needed to support this work.

Working with the Executive Director of Education and the Education Management Team you will research and produce HE and FE student outcome, access and participation data and reports to both internally and externally set deadlines and various internal and external audiences. The main percentage focus of your work will be the Higher Education aspects of monitoring, evaluation and reporting but a smaller percentage of time will be spent on the fewer systems that operate within our FE programme.

To apply, please send your CV and A4 covering letter, highlighting your skills and experience relevant to the job description.  Please send this to Toulla Theophanous, HR Manager, at toullat@chickenshed.org.uk.

Salary: £27,000 p.a, permanent, full time.  (We are open to discussion around part time/flexible working for suitable candidates. Salary will be pro rata )

Closing date is Sunday 10 November 2019
