Position Overview

The Deputy Manager, Student Services (HDR) position is a continuing appointment which provides high level support and advice to the Associate Dean (HDR) and Associate Director, Student Services, whilst ensuring effective and efficient implementation of strategic and operational plans, and overseeing the day to day operations of a busy HDR administration team. 

To ensure your success in the position, you must have excellent supervision and mentoring skills; be willing to learn in a fast paced environment; be an excellent communicator with a strong customer service focus; have excellent administration and organisational skills as well as possess demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice across different aspects of student services.
