The Role

  • $96,178 to $114,117 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

An exciting opportunity exists to join a School that prides itself on teaching excellence in exercise science and is backed by a multidisciplinary research profile.

Actively contribute to teaching, curriculum development, and student engagement teaching a range of subjects utilising blended models. Specifically this position will play a key role in delivering the Workplace Learning curriculum helping to equip our students with the skills, experience and knowledge required to gain graduate employment in the sports and exercise industry.

The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to develop and progress an active research profile aligned to the strategic direction of the School. This position is available for commencement in February 2020.

To be successful you will have:

  • A doctoral or masters qualification relevant to the discipline or equivalent accreditation and standing
  • Eligibility for Exercise Science and/ or Exercise Physiology accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA)
  • Demonstrated experience in Workplace Learning curriculum design and implementation
  • Evidence of the delivery of high quality student centred learning and teaching
  • A record of research relevant to the discipline
