UCB seeks to recruit an experienced Head of EU Recruitment and Partnerships to proactively drive EU recruitment and develop academic partnerships.

The post-holder will be responsible for leading on EU recruitment and establishing potential partnership opportunities in Europe that drives student progression either in the UK or delivery overseas.

It is essential that applicants can demonstrate a significant knowledge of these markets and be responsible for monitoring and evaluating trends, ensuring that the University capitalises on new business opportunities which will inform future planning and the development of new courses.

In addition, you will work with our Marketing team to ensure that all on and off line materials are accurate and appropriate for our EU market.

You will hold a degree-level qualification and be highly organised, with confident communication and presentation skills.

Flexibility in relation to the role is key, as this post will involve overseas travel and some evening and weekend work during clearing, enrolment and induction.
