We’re on the hunt for an energetic, inspiring and media savvy communications professional to lead communications for our exciting Campus Heart programme. 

Our University has ambitious plans and we want to connect and involve our audiences in new and different ways. So, if you’ve got a passion for pushing the boundaries of great communications and want to help develop and implement innovative campaigns – then we want to hear from you. 

We are seeking applications from communication professionals with proven results in delivering high impact campaigns. Equally adept at external and internal comms, you’ll have excellent writing skills, be able to produce engaging content for a range of audiences, be full of bright ideas, a great team player, hard-working and happy juggling multiple deadlines.  

Day to day, you will lead a small team supporting this wide-ranging strategic project.  You will be persuasive and inquisitive, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You will build trust with the senior academics and leaders within the University as well as external contacts. Working independently, your excellent organisational skills will enable you to you will be able to navigate a large complex institution and work under pressure to meet varying communication deadlines.

The position is offered on a full-time basis with an open-ended contract and guaranteed funding until 30.08.2021. Subject to funding availability, the post will be extended.
