FES Faculty Administration & Support

Location: Medway campus
Salary: £23,754 to £26,715 per annum

Applications are invited for the role of Employability and Placements Officer in the Faculty of Engineering and Science, based in Chatham Maritime, Kent.  The role holder will work with the central Employability and Careers Services to coordinate the Faculty’s placements and employability activities.  They will ensure effective and efficient systems in these areas to ensure smooth-running. The role holder will support the Faculty Director in the development of initiatives in these areas.

Applicants will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have proven experience with using computerised management information systems. The successful applicant will display excellent interpersonal skills, have professional presentation, be flexible in their working hours and be experienced in organising and running events/activities.

Training will be provided where necessary.  

This is a full-time, permanent post.
