You will develop a range of non-credit bearing community engagement activities for students that concentrate on the development of important soft skills. You will also create outreach activities that build awareness of Brac University values among potential students and the wider community at large. You will put in place a range of policies and procedures that provide structure and support to the student experience. You will also build a comprehensive alumni relations function recognizing the importance of this key stakeholder group to the University now and in the future.
You will ideally have a well-developed understanding of higher education in the national and international context. Demonstrated success of building developmental activities for young adults would be highly beneficial as would experience of managing the activities of diverse membership groups. Furthermore, evidence of understanding and successfully responding to the needs of a broad stakeholder groups will be required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with young adults is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be beneficial.
