You will be responsible for managing a wide range of student services at Brac University Campuses. This will include the development of a student clubs and societies, creation of a student governance structure and internal feedback processes, overseeing a range of services that support the physical and mental wellbeing of the student body and managing diversity and inclusion services.

You will ideally have a well-developed understanding of higher education in the national and international context. Up to date understanding of how leading universities provide a well-rounded and developmental student experience in preparation for successfully navigating the challenges in later life.  Demonstration of strategic capabilities and tangible evidence of being able provide consistently high levels of service to an evolving customer base will be necessary. Furthermore, evidence of understanding the needs and successfully responding to a broad range of stakeholders will be valued.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work empathetically with young adults is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be beneficial.
