The Faculty of Clinical and Biomedical Sciences wishes to appoint an Multiple Mini Interview Coordinator where you will play a key role in providing comprehensive high quality support and coordinate the School of Medicine's admissions processes from application to enrolment. The post holder will provide a high quality service for applicants and staff providing advice, guidance and support on all aspects of the admissions process helping any barriers to access.
As a minimum, you will hold a range of GCSE's and have a word processing/ IT/ typing qualification or demonstrable equivalent experiential learning. You will also have significant relevant professional experience of working with current administrative/ clerical practices in a busy office and working in a team in a complex environment.
Recent experience of administrative procedures in a busy admissions environment is essential alongside significant experience of organising updating and maintaining accurate computerised records and files.
Utilising strong communication and organisational skills you will have an ability to multitask and organise others as well as deal with confidential and sensitive information. The ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritising work and meeting deadlines is essential.
Working within a multidisciplinary team you will maintain good working relationships with other healthcare professions and NHS partners and demonstrate flexibility in a fast paced, changing environment.
