About the role
The Manager, Learning Experience Team (LET) will work closely with the Senior Manager, Student Outreach in the design, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of student centred initiatives directly aimed at enhancing students study success and connection with the University.
The Manager will lead a cross-skilled team in the development and delivery of a range of learning experience services and support.
We are seeking applications from candidates with substantial experience in a tertiary student learning support environment. You will demonstrate the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive performance and innovation. You will be committed to creating opportunities for students to maximise their success.
To be successful in this role you will be able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop programs and resources that support the work group’s purpose. Your awareness of industry trends in learning support and the challenges faced by students in contemporary learning environments will be utilised to inform decision making and strategy.
