The Role

  • $77,653 to $84,033 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

An exciting opportunity exists to join a dedicated technical team that specialises in providing operational support within our Creative Hub. Work across a range of performance and production facilities including the television studio complex, computer laboratories, and provide support for project and production events.

Ideally we are seeking an individual with specialist technical expertise in video production, audio and digital media in order to maintain and upgrade the existing media infrastructure, with good knowledge of current and contemporary technologies.

To be successful you will have:

  • A degree with relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Expertise and experience in video production, audio and digital media
  • Proven experience in providing a high level of quality customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise and embrace current and emerging technologies

The Faculty of Arts and Education is one of three Faculties within the University. The Faculty Technical Team is a multi- campus team of technical specialists, providing operational support to the Facultys online and on campus learning and teaching facilities and infrastructure. These facilities include; community and national radio broadcast stations; state of the art television, video and sound mixing studios; performance and presentation spaces; analogue and digital print facilities and photographic studios.
