The School of Art, Design and Computer Science is a creative and vibrant community providing exciting opportunities for students to explore their subject and achieve their potential. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work alongside our Academic team to support students learning and understanding of the technical aspects of Animation production.

BA (Hons) Animation is situated within a collaborative programme suite. This shared focus on creation situates the programme at the leading edge of practice and provides opportunities for students to extend their work across  graphic design, animation, games design, product design, Interior Design and furniture design as well as collaborating with other disciplines across the School of Art, Design and Computer Science, and the wider University.

We are seeking to appoint a Technical Specialist to play a role in the teaching, learning, and development of Animation as well as contributing more widely across Art & Design. The successful applicant will have a passion for Animation, and have a strong technical knowledge and experience of animation production skills including traditional and digital 2D animation, Stop Motion and 3D animation pipelines.
