Role Overview:

The AA School is looking to appoint an Admissions Co-ordinators to work as part of a busy team who undertake the annual recruitment, application and registration processes for the AA Foundation Course, the 5 year ARB/RIBA recognised course in architecture and eleven programmes at post-graduate level. 

Reporting to the Head of Admissions and School Registrar, the Admissions Co-ordinator will be managing a range of undergraduate and postgraduate applications. The Co-ordinator will be responsible for answering applicant enquires, processing applications, issuing CAS forms, helping to ensure that student numbers are maintained, assisting with the smooth running of the department as well as the promotion of the school.

Who We Seek:

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Coordinator with experience of working in a high-profile education setting. The role of the Admissions Coordinator is of vital importance to the School, since it involves ensuring that student numbers are maintained whilst undertaking the smooth running of the department as well as the promotion of the image of the AA School.

This role is to cover Maternity Leave until June 2020. We ideally would like someone in place as soon as possible to meet the demands of the upcoming Admissions Cycle in November.

Please note that it will not be possible for the AA School to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for successful candidates as this role does not fall into one of the standard occupational codes deemed eligible for sponsorship by UK Visas and Immigration. Successful candidates will therefore need to be eligible to work in the UK or have limited leave to remain in the UK and associated right to work for the duration of their employment with the AA School, in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
