The Durham Research Methods Centre and the Department of Anthropology seek to appoint a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in Global Health to work on the research project Factors Influencing Community Health Workers’ Effectiveness in Low- and Middle-Income Countries, funded by Save the Children UK. The successful candidate will work with academic colleagues at Durham University, the team at Save the Children and our network of international colleagues in Africa and South Asia to ensure the successful completion of the project. While the post-holder will not be carrying own independent research in her/his own right, the expectation is that s/he will contribute to the advancement of the project, through the development of their own ideas, analysis and protocols. The post-holder will report to Professor Kate Hampshire and Dr Adetayo Kasim, Principle Investigators.
