Disability Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual as Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant to join our supportive team as a maternity cover.
You will be expected to provide a warm, professional and sympathetic point of contact for all visitors to Disability Services, taking information from students, University staff and other third parties, liaising with the senior colleagues in the Service and other parts of the University.
The role holder will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage a busy and flexible workload. You will work as part of our Administration and Reception Team providing support to the wider Disability Services team.
The Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant will be confident in working with a range of people, providing an approachable and professional service at all times.
Your role will be to provide an appointment booking function, information to the students and signposting to the other services within University, managing emails and telephone enquiries as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Please note that this position is advertised on fixed-term contract for a year.
