So we need a results-driven Head of International Admissions who will:-

• Show a successful track record of developing strategies, and implementing business processes, that manage large volumes of student applications from countries worldwide, across multiple campuses, and for several intakes at the same time.
• Develop a diverse team of Admissions professionals in the UK and in different time zones, meeting challenging SLAs and KPIs that focus on customer service, quality compliance and enrolment targets.
• Work alongside colleagues from the whole University to promote and optimise an admissions agenda that enrols students from almost every single country in the world.
• Use solid expertise to understand external visa regulations, internal admissions processes and different academic standards from countries across the world to make the admissions process robust, objectively fair and transparent to stakeholders.

 The International Office takes responsibility for recruiting students to study for a Coventry University degree.
