Reconciliation Action Plan Manager

Amongst much excitement and anticipation, the inaugural UOW Reconciliation Action Plan has recently been launched with the University having set itself ambitious targets throughout the University and community (https://www.uow.edu.au/about/our-vision-strategy/our-aboriginal-torres-strait-islander-strategy/). We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to manage the plan and ensure that Schools, Units and Faculties are meeting their specified goals.
The position will work closely with the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Inclusion and Outreach) office to collaborate with the Senior Executive, Executive Deans, Heads of School and faculty staff, students and community to ensure effective consultation, change management and engagement with achieving the outcomes and deliverables as detailed in the RAP. The role will also ensure the capture and storage of relevant records and data and undertake reporting against measures of success.
