The University has an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Co-ordinator to join our Marketing and Student Recruitment team. In this busy and varied role the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and pride themselves on attention to detail that works well as part of successful Admissions team.
If you wish to join us, you’ll be working closely with our Schools to consider and process the applications made to the University for all modes and levels of study for UK, EU and International applicants; assessing applications against programme entry requirements in a timely manner - adhering to UWS turnaround times; providing advice to Academic Admissions Officers when required and importantly be approachable and supportive in dealing with enquiries, and providing an excellent customer experience to all applicants.
Educated to HND level in Customer Service or Business Administration or have equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of working in administration within a customer focused environment. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills and experience of dealing with conflicting priorities.
