Bristol Dental School is recruiting to strengthen its existing teaching and research areas and provide a foundation for our School ambitions.  Following the satisfactory outcome of the GDC inspection we are prime position to move forward with key developments in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and research. The opportunities are unlimited for established academics who wish to join a Dental School well supported by a forward-thinking University.

Two posts are available:

Clinical Lecturer in Paediatric Dentistry (0.4 FTE, open ended)

Clinical Lecturer in Paediatric Dentistry (maternity cover, fixed term contract for 12 months 0.2FTE)

We are seeking outstanding individuals with an interest in Paediatric Dentistry. Two posts are available for individuals who will take part in developing education in Paediatric Dentistry at an undergraduate (BDS) level, as well as the potential opportunity to contribute to the research profile of the School.  You will also have the opportunity to play a part in realising the wider teaching strategy of the School and the Faculty of Health Sciences. 

We are looking for well organised, enthusiastic individuals who have a keen interest in team training, and integrated teaching. You will be part of a strong cohesive team of enthusiastic staff, and the role holder will play a significant part in the launch of the new BDS 21 curriculum.

The posts are available from December 2019 (0.2FTE maternity cover) and January 2020  (0.4FTE) respectively.
