Applications are invited for the post of Student Recruitment Events Manager based in the Directorate of Marketing and Communications.

You will be joining an innovative Student Recruitment section, responsible for the recruitment and conversion of students within the UK and overseas at undergraduate and postgraduate taught level. As our Student Recruitment Events Manager you will be part of the Events Team, working alongside three other teams to deliver on our strategic goals. 

The Events Team is responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of our flagship Open Days, Applicant Visit Days, and other large scale events, both on and off campus for prospective students. We’re constantly developing our events to ensure they are engaging and targeted and meet the needs of our target demographic, and you will be key to delivering this. You will coordinate the operational delivery of all undergraduate student recruitment events, managing the two event co-ordinators to deliver this.   

Strong organisational skills are crucial, as is outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent events and the ability to trouble-shoot calmly throughout. You will have significant previous experience in student recruitment event management. As well as have a clear understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and the information needs of prospective students. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management will be key, you will enjoy engaging and influencing colleagues throughout the institution to ensure we deliver excellence in all our events. You will also excel in analysis and evaluation, ensuring we are data driven and insight led. This is an excellent opportunity to pursue a management position in a Higher Education events and recruitment career. 

This is a full time and permanent post, available from 28th October 2019. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
