About the position

The Bond University Transformation CoLab provides a virtual space that cultivates enduring partnerships between students, staff, industry and the community. Through working directly with industry in a transdisciplinary setting, the CoLab creates initiatives that guarantee Bond graduates are sought after by employers.

The Program Manager will support the Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic and will coordinate an across University Team responsible for the professional and efficient delivery of the four new Transformation degree programs offered by the CoLab. This will also involve identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners as potential providers of student work-based placements. Operating with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced environment, the position is required be exceedingly well organised, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

The Program Manager will also be responsible for providing student support and advice on staffing issues ensuring that staff contracts and relevant paperwork is prepared and provided in a timely manner.

About the person:

The successful candidate will have completed a post graduate degree or alternatively hold an undergraduate degree with significant relevant experience. They will be experience in the higher education or training environments and will be able to manage the implementation and administration of complex educational programs in a dynamic environment.

High level networking skills are required, as is the ability to coordinate and influence academic and professional staff across the University to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement, personal initiative and ethical behaviour is essential.

Salary details:

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $91,292 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation.
