An exciting opportunity has arisen within the University’s Safety and Health Services team. This is a varied and challenging role, designing and developing engaging and innovative customer and user focused communications and messaging within a small but influential team that works across the whole of the University.

Positioned within the HR Division, Safety and Health Services provide specialist advice and occupational health and safety services to a University community engaged in diverse and challenging activities. Our aim is to maintain a safe and healthy work and study environment that enables the University to achieve its teaching and research objectives whilst reducing the risk of injury or ill health. We review and monitor health and safety performance, establishing clear mechanisms to provide assurance to the Board of Trustees and senior leadership that occupational health and safety risks are being managed effectively and that its legislative obligations are being met.
