Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Surgery (Ref.: 498741), to commence as soon as possible for two to three years.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with a strong background in (a) lipid metabolism and lipid metabolic pathway investigation strategies, or (b) transplant immunology.  Experience in lipid isolation, quantitative mass spectrometry manipulation and data analysis is essential.  Experience in animal models would be an advantage. The appointee will design and perform interdisciplinary research on lipid signaling pathway in liver disease and cancer metabolism in the field of liver transplantation.
