The key focus of the Research Follow position is to take on the role of project manager/ trial coordinator for a four year study funded by the Medical Research Future Fund. This trial will recruit 60 people with Prader – Willi syndrome aged 13 years and over.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the daily activity of the trial including working as part of a cross institutional team. You will provide operational research and project management to achieve high quality research objectives.

The candidate

You will posess an undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy and/or related health discipline with experience in exercise prescription. Showcase your skills in project management in a university, health care or community organisation setting, with proven high level organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent data management abilities, including database development and data collection will aid your success in this role.

Postgraduate research training in the coordination of a clinical research trial is advantageous.
