The establishment of our Food and Drink Business Development Centre will consolidate and build upon the University’s internationally recognised research and teaching expertise to become the leading provider of consumer behaviour and food innovation research within the UK. In addition, the centre will offer specialist teaching on aspects of food and drink business and engage with industry and policy makers to provide businesses with evidence informed research to help improve the competitive position of the food and drinks industry, both nationally and internationally.

We are seeking to appoint a number of outstanding academics to drive forward the work of the Food and Drink Business Development Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an initiative which could help transform the sector. The following post is available:
