The University of Bristol has an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities management professional to join a friendly and professional facilities management team. Based in the Langford campus, the Senior Facilities Manager will act as the account manager of a portfolio of complex buildings, ensuring a pro-active facilities management and business partnering service to building occupiers.

Working closely with Divisional Heads and building occupiers, the Senior Facilities Manager will co-create stakeholder estate plans, deliver health, safety and service requirements (including property inspections and fire risk assessments) along with co-ordinating Campus Division activities on site.

In this position, you will join a friendly, experienced facilities management team, committed to delivering excellent customer service and a teaching and research environment fit for a top 10 UK university and top 50 world university (QS Rankings 2020).

Working independently, your excellent organisational and people-management skills will enable you to navigate a large, complex institution and work with a team to deliver strategic and service requirements.
