You will be expected to contribute directly to the Computer Games Development Programme and make broad contributions to the academic work of the Department of Computer Science. You will have flexibility in working with a team of academics to deliver quality teaching, research and scholarship primarily in the area of Computer Games Development and across other programmes within the Department. You should additionally be able to engage, both nationally and internationally, in contributions to research and teaching excellence in your own particular area of expertise within Computer Science.

You should have a PhD degree or extensive relevant industrial experience in Computer Games, Computer Graphics, AR/VR or a closely related discipline with teaching experience and a willingness to conduct research and support, develop and enhance the student experience within the department.

The hub will be further strengthened by a new Manufacturing Technology Centre to build knowledge and understanding about the manufacturing technologies.
