We are looking for Camera Operators to work on a number of projects which are currently being managed by the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Predominantly you will be working at Charlton Athletic FC, but you will also have opportunity to work as a camera operator on other projects.

The successful candidates will be allocated to a production team. Initially the work will be based at The Valley, CAFC’s ground. Under the guidance of a Faculty supervisor, along with the client’s Video and Audio team, you will work with the client to produce live content for use on TV highlights packages, big screens and social media channels.

Applicants should ideally have a knowledge and interest in operating a variety of different broadcast spec cameras, operating a camera under instructions for long periods of times, connecting up cameras to wall boxes and safely manage BNC cables. An understanding of working in a live production environment would be useful. However, we welcome applications from students who have yet to fully develop these skills and who are hoping to pursue careers in film or tv production.

You will require good personal and communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
