Charles Sturt University is embarking on a high impact reform of its international education strategy, with a bold vision for growth and quality at its regional campuses.

As part of this reform were seeking a Business Development Officer. You'll play a pivotal role in designing programs that grow participation and revenue associated with our student exchange and short term study programs.

The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 6 - $77,653 to $84,033 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

You will be responsible for working with a range of stakeholders to identify opportunities and to build and implement programs to achieve Strategy goals. This includes developing and implementing a dedicated program and strategy for inbound learning abroad at Charles Sturt University.

This role is available across our campus network at either Port Macquarie, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga or Albury-Wodonga.

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Development and Industry) encompasses the Research Office, the Office of Global Engagement and Partnerships, the Office of Indigenous Affairs, the four University Research Centres plus a number of strategic agendas including ethics and compliance, commercialisation of research, the AgriPark and contribution to the University Strategy. The DVC RDI, in collaboration with the Pro Vice-Chancellor Global Engagement (Research and Partnership), stewards the development of collaborative connections between CSU and industry, end-users and stakeholders to strengthen and expand the research agenda. Closer strategic partnerships are sought based on the internationally competitive nature and relevance of CSU research and the opportunity to provide Higher Degree by Research students with a more comprehensive training.
